Expect a fast paced lecture based demonstration. During our 8 hour workshop we will begin with the basics. How it works and why it works. We will example four methods of application with hands on experience. We will spend time making essences and building grids. The workshop will provide you simple methods for combining stones and treating disease. You will leave with a working knowledge of dozens of specific stones and an overall understanding of the mineral kingdom as medicine. The standards taught in the book and in this class are easily learned and applied by anyone. Students will find the class beneficial whether they have read Sela's book Rock Medicine or not. Having read the book will just upgrade the level of questions you will bring to the workshop. We always save time at the weekend conclusion for questions on specific diseases. (Sela also will answer queries privately if desired.) Students are welcome to audio tape any portion of the workshop. Please feel free to bring any minerals to share or work with.
