My father taught me that there are two kinds of fear in our lives: the natural kind that protects us from physical danger, and the unnatural kind that exist only in our mind. It is the one in our mind that stops us from truly living our life in complete authenticity, because it intertwines the stories that are based on lies with the truth. Much like smoke that covers a mirror that denies us from seeing our true selves. In these classes, based on my family's teachings, we will work with what they called Tools of Transformation, such as the Mastery of Awareness and the Mastery of Love. With these tools, we can create the most beautiful piece of art, and our life is the canvas by which we will manifest it. Bring a notebook and a pen.
