Experience the joy and energy and centeredness of simple Chi Kung movements and meditations. As women our nature and needs are very different than men so come learn specific techniques for women. Empower yourself and develop (or refine) your skills of working with your own intrinsic life energy. Instructor, Tara Stiles, has been practicing and teaching yoga, tai chi and chi kung for over 30 years and loves to empower women to personalize these traditional practices.
