Jan Polin has been accepted into the World Academic Society of Medical Qi Gong, and studied the healing properties of Green, Oolong and Black teas in China. Learn how tea can enhance weight loss, help digestion, support cardiac & immune systems, and balance blood pressure & sugar levels. The ancient practice of tea leaf reading will be discussed. In 1970/71 Jan taught in Taiwan and began studying Asian Healing Modalities including Qi Gong/TaiChi Movements, Taoist Healing Meditations & Himalayan Singing Bowls. She has a BA in Psychology & a graduate credential in Audiometry, and has studied in Asia, Europe and New Zealand with several Chinese Healing Masters, Tibetan Rimpoches, and the Dalai Lama.
