A Drumming Circle for Men

In a setting of men in safe and sacred community, this Men's Drumming and Healing Circle will use drumming, primal voice toning, didgeridoo, Buddhist gongs, quartz bowls and other transforming vibrational instruments, to tear down the psychic barriers and arrive at the "core self" which is where our truth resides.

Exploring both "Primitive Man" and "Future Man," this inspiring and spirited drumming event will activate and illuminate the complete chakra system from the root chakra to the crown chakra, and take participants on an exhilarating journey into themselves and their core being which is where true healing occurs.

This boldly imaginative drumming event represents an incredible and unprecedented happening for Sacramento.

Through the ancient healing voice of the drum we will:

Experience the "Now"

Remove the "mask" to let go of ego

"Show up" in one's truth

Please bring a drum, hand percussion instrument or found object instrument to this event. If you do not have one, some percussion instruments will be available for you to use. Or just come as you are, and immerse yourself in the healing vibration.
